About the Event
A home for the homeless. 85 elderly women with no family are waiting to celebrate Diwali with you. Will you volunteer?
Roles for volunteers:
- Serve food
- Put Rangoli
- Light Diyas
- Distribute sweets
- Engage senior citizens in fun games and activities
- Engage senior citizens in signing and dancing
We go there around lunchtime, and have food with them, followed by activities and light Diyas by 5:45 pm.
