About Cause
Mental health is just as important as physical health—but often ignored or stigmatized. VCanTalk is VTVO’s initiative to create safe spaces where conversations on mental health are encouraged and supported. Through volunteering, awareness sessions, and professional counseling support, we aim to break the stigma and ensure that people in need are not left unheard.

What We Do

Why It Matters

01
5 crore Indians suffer from depression, and 3 crore from anxiety disorders (WHO).
Stress, lifestyle, and lack of awareness are driving more cases of depression, anxiety, and panic disorders.
02
Stigma and insensitivity often prevent people from seeking help in time.
Talking about mental health, listening without judgment, and offering timely support can save lives.
