About the Cause
VScribe is an initiative under VTheVolunteers (VTVO) aimed at connecting Persons with Disabilities to voluntary writers who can assist them in writing exams.
The mission was born out of the need to support students who face physical challenges during examinations. Whether it is a visual impairment or another disability that affects writing, VScribe ensures that no student is left behind due to a lack of support.
We strive to build a community where education is inclusive, accessible, and free from the burden of high costs or last-minute uncertainties.

Verify & Share Guidelines Once a volunteer confirms their availability
We conduct a verification process and share specific guidelines. This ensures that the volunteer is well-prepared to meet the student's academic requirements and maintain examination integrity.

Connect Volunteers with Students Requirements for scribes are posted across our social media handles as and when exam schedules arise. We bridge the gap by connecting Persons with Disabilities with dedicated voluntary writers ready to assist.

Support the Examination Process
We facilitate the final connection, allowing the volunteer to take up the exam with the student. By providing "writing hands," our volunteers ensure that the student's knowledge is accurately and efficiently captured on paper.

Why it Matters?
Because finding a scribe shouldn't be a struggle
Every year, hundreds of students face exam agony over whether they will find a writer on time. VScribe eliminates this uncertainty, allowing students to focus entirely on their preparation.
Because financial barriers should not hinder education
Many students with disabilities are forced to pay hefty amounts to hire scribes. VScribe was conceptualized to ensure that academic assistance is accessible to everyone for free.
Because legibility and speed are essential Students often worry if a scribe's handwriting will be clear or if they will be quick enough to cover all questions. Our initiative matches students with competent volunteers who help them complete their exams with confidence.
